The Paradise Toronto Comicon was great fun to be at. Loads of vendors with great deals, and a whole ton of guests. I was able to meet up with some really cool artists and writers as well, doing interviews with them for Imprint on my column (which should be printed by Friday and posted later in that day).

Who did I get to see? Well, here’s the list (in no real order): Ryan North, Chris Hastings, Jeph Jacques (and his girlfriend Cristi), Sam Logan, Liz Greenfield, Danielle Corsetto, Raina Telgemeier, Dave Roman, and Lady Yates. They were really cool people (and I feel like I was a bit of a douche). But all in all, it was great fun to meet and talk with them.

I am, however, a bit pissed. There are some great artists that I didn’t get the chance to meet due to lack of time, last-minute changes, unavailability of guests, or me being a total wuss. I’d like to give a shout-out to those whom I didn’t get to meet and really wanted to: Ramon Perez and Rob Coughler, Faith Erin Hicks, Ace Plughead of Sarahzero.com, and Mr. Earle and Mr. Bevan from White Ninja Comics. Unless I get free transportation to and from Toronto from one of my buds on Sunday, I won’t be able to see these guys. That really sucks, but what can I do now?

I’ll have the video interviews that I did from the con up soon, after the article is pressed and printed next week. Until then, you’ll just have to wait!
